Malwa Block Sidhu Moose Wala T-Shirt

In the summer of 2021, this tee entered Punjabi music culture through a video not a campaign, not a retail drop. Just Sidhu Moosewala wearing it in Malwa Block, and the culture doing the rest.

Designed by Urban Theka x Social Studies in collaboration with the Moosetape team. Two versions — black, white, and red. The Malwa region of Punjab, boldly mapped in red on the front. Velvet flock print on the back — soft, textured, nothing like a flat screenprint.

And then there's the thumbprint. (on select pieces only)

We asked Sidhu for his actual print. First press — too hard, lines smudged. Second press — softer. That's the one you see.

His signature. His print. On a tee that went on to become one of the most bootlegged pieces in Punjabi streetwear. Copied everywhere. Never replicated.
