All Track Order Cancellation Refunds & Returns

You can check the status of your order by clicking Track on the My Orders page. Visit My Orders page > Your tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details on e-mail and SMS. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via SMS. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you will receive an update from us.

Yes. You can cancel your item(s) until we start processing your order. Your order will be in Order confirmed status while it is eligible for cancellation.

Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page. * We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. * We do not accept returns for boxer shorts due to hygiene concerns. * We are retreating refund policy on notebooks. Thank you for loving them :) Visit My Orders page > We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check. Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines: Wallet refund will get credited within few minutes. NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days. Payment Gateway refund process takes 5 to 7 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
